Replying to Best technical all black suit

Hi guys.  I am looking for an all black suit that is extremely technical.  Price is not much of an option.  I ski Colorado and often hike, so I need something baggy, but not around my knees baggy that sucks to hike in.  I also want something extremely breathable and waterproof.  Well, i guess it needs to be more breathable than waterproof, but waterproofing is important too.  I guess I'm looking for Arcteryx/Patagonia quality, without the uber-dorky fit. 

I had narrowed it down to Saga, but I can't get black pants in my size.  I looked at some Oakley stuff, but their pictures on their website aren't very good. 

Any other ideas?  Again, the main points are all black, technical as a mother, and not super dorky fit, but not so baggy that it impedes my hiking around the backcountry.
