I learned Back->Lincoln->Front->others
I think lincolns are the easiest, but pretty weird since you are flipping sideways. Fronts are pretty easy as well, but a little less room for error. Over rotating = death. Backflips were the hardest to learn for me, but that might be because they were the first.
Bottom line: Do whichever you are most comfortable with on tramps, diving boards, etc... They are all pretty easy.

yeah you can speed them up/slow them down so easy and you know like exactly were they are the entire time. And you can turn them into rodeos easy, and id say itd be pretty easy to just stay tucked and get dubs out of em to....

So start learning to Lincoln?

My first flip trick, was a lincoln. I think it is the less scary because you can see the landing all the time, but it´s hard to stomp. The frontflip is the easiest but you cant see anything in the whole rotation so it can be scary, but you can try it on a 7 feet drop and you will stomp it, not stomp it like perfect but you will like lay down on the snow and keep skiing.
So I would say front flip.

Havent done one since last season, buutttt, lets see.
Approach the jump with a wide stance, fairly gorilla-y, pop off the lip hard-ish, and bend your torso whichever way you wanna flip. I just keep my arms pretty much at my sides I think. I stare pretty much straight up(at the ground) that way I know where I am at with my spin. If you are good at flips on trams, should be easy from here. Spot, time it right, put it down, ride away.

Doo it. They really arent super hard or scary. I think I learned them first on diving boards, so go do some there and youll pick em up really quick. And the falls from them dont really hurt either cause you just fall on your side.

I'm going for fronts this season but I've been doing them off cliffs all summer so it doesn't feel that scary. Just waiting for big enough jumps. They seem way easier than 7s to me. I've never done a gainer but I've done lots of backflips so I almost feel like swbackflip would be easier than a normal one.

I did a front flip of a small snow-covered bush on a pow day last season. First try i landed on my ass, second try i stomped it and rode away like a true gangster. Pretty damn easy. Never tried lincolns. Might have to this year.

I havent tried them on snow, but i do them a lot on a diving board. What i do is pick a focus point in front of me and just stick with that. It makes is so you dont spin during your lincolns. It feels weird at first but commit and you got it.

learned frontflips off a little jump in my backyard (you can see the vid in my profile). Pretty easy i just keep one ski (preferably my right) about six inches in front of the other and just kinda huck. I think im gonna try lincolns and rodeos this year. Does anyone else like learning flips of of the smallest jump? Maybe im just a pussy but i think im gonna try rodeos off of a side booter on a landing or something.

back flip or lincoln. these will give you the best base for learning other tricks.
