so for the holiday weekend, my friend and i went and skied at discovery in philipsburg, montana. we decided not to go to our local hill today just because we knew it was gonna be crazy. But we went to the ski shop just to talk to our friend working there, he said that they got some good snow. so we decided to go up and see for ourselves. we were making our way up there and so many people were driving down and this was at 1pm, it doesn't close till 4pm. i have never seen soo many people up at the mountain, it was crazy, but sooo many people were leaving. we asked a guy why everyone was leaving and he said that the lift had lost power and had been out for about an hour and they were starting to get people down by rope.
