I think there should be some kind of standard you have to meet before you can create a thread, like 1000 karma, or 100 posts, something. There have been so many retarded troll threads lately and I think this would help them to dissipate. Thoughts?
I know this probably falls more under site discussion, but it will be seen by 10000x more people in NSG.
