Its not really practical. Shit, If I had a jacket with removable arms, I would take advantage of that during warm and sunny spring park days. Not as a fashion statement.

I would wear a vest if only if I had a jacket with zip off sleeves cuz
I can see the point in wearing a vest when hiking the park, anywhere else it's a waste of 100 bucks (not too sure how much they cost). I don't have a problem with people wearing them but it's not something I'm gunna throw my money at.
