(How) Should I Fix This?

So I finally got to ride my Domains for the first time today. I get done skiing and notice this crack along the topsheet and possibly into the sidewall. I'm not sure if this is just cosmetic or if I should have it checked out/ try to fix it...thoughts?

looks like wood is showing (is it?) if so def needs clamping with some epoxy in there so moisture cant get in/rot the core.
