Replying to Have you ever failed a class based on personal opinion?

For those in university, forgive my ignorance on the matter.


I've had this english teacher who has literally given me SHIT marks on every assignment/essay/anything because I don't agree with him. He's SOOOOPER liberal. I mean like, burn bras and talk about how bad men are, then say how organized sports are an unhealthy display of masculinity, then tell me how terrible it is we call our girls field hockey team the ladyhawks, and how it's sexist.

Basically, this essay I just got back, he read half of it, marked me on grammar mistakes, then gave me a 49. Even though he couldn't refute any of my points, or my thesis. My question to you NS is, he's the department head. Where do I go to get it remarked? What can I do about this?
