My entire life i have always pronounced it
a-loom-in-um
but this year i am working at the ski hill and have been around lots of aussies and brits and they say it
a-loom-in-e-um.
which makes sense because that is how it is spelled.
but the first time i heard them say it it blew my FUCKING MIND.
