I started a production company and did a job last week and at the final show filming it I find out there selling dvds( aka my dvd) I did not know this , so They paid me a flat rate and now there trying to sell dvds from my work that they are replicating. Obviously this doesnt fly but I cannot burn the bridge as I will be getting much future work from them . so I will contact them but I just wanted to hear what everyone thinks. originally i was going to reproduce each dvd for 20 per. and theyre selling them at 20, they have a list of 30+ . I was thinking to tell them if this is the case I need to raise my cost or collect from the dvds as original. ?
