We got a bit of Jiberish in at d-structure

hello all ,

We did got a little bit of our Jiberish order in today, we should be getting way more in the next couples weeks. As you all know Jiberish is in high demand right now so it might happen that the product you order is sold out event if you wear able to order it .That is because someone order just a minute before you .
We do all the order in the morning and process them from the first one after 6:00 pm east coast to 8:00 am .

The coupon code : fall was only available for a week.

Be patient with us we will fulfill all of your order and answer all the question as fast as possible

no. i know him and hes told me ALL ABOUT IT several times....
he ordered a 4xl on point for himself, which is confirmed and is already shipped,

but than 2 minutes later after he originally ordered, he decided to order another one for a bday present to his friend, and they said they were out,

but he created the thread in gear talk about jiberish being on d structure, he ordered first, and they fucked him over by refunding him and not letting him buy 2.

the two order numbers were 4 digits apart (ex 700, 704). theres no way it was sold out like they said because he was the first to see it was dropped

Or Online stores could get automatically updating stock software so they don't oversell...and also show how many items they have left so kids know, especially since it's such a small number

no. they ARE fucking them over, especially if they don't instantly notify them after they order a piece that it's out. If they send an email and you get it like an hour-a day or two later, you're fucked cuz you can't order something else because that's probably been sold out in the time you've been sitting around happily thinking about how your order has been placed and you're gonna get your Jiberish. It is every important, in all aspects of life, actually, to keep your word. And by letting you order a piece of Jiberish, but then sending an email later saying JUST KIDDING WE LIED TO YOU, D-Structure, and any other company that oversells, is breaking their word. So kids definitely have the right to get pissed, especially if they get no extra compensation.

Bottom line: Kids have a right to get pissed when D-structure basically lied to them, and maybe after reading my post, D-structure will invest in an auto-updating stock-list.

This happens all the time with releases for limtied clothing and shoes..Most people understand that. It even happens to the big companies. Happened with me when I camped online for at nike.com for yeezys. Said my order was confirmed and everything. then i got an email. Shit happens dude. I thought this was common knowledge

You are retarded. D-Structure is a small business doing their best to help you get the products you want in Canada. Having an auto-updating stock-list i expensive to implement and a lot of work. They are not wallmart and do not have infinite capital. If they e-mail you clearly at the end of the day saying they messed up and are out of stock, you grow the fuck up and move on. They clearly didn't do it to piss you off and would gladly have sent it if possible.

Also, limited stuff is limited. Get use to it

You're right, D-structure doesn't have infinite capital, but as a retailer/supplier, it is their job to give their customers up-to-date, correct information. If that's expensive, then so be it.

"grow the fuck up and move on"? It's not your place to judge the value someone puts on a sweatshirt. To you and I, it's simply and super sick, fairly limited sweatshirt. But maybe to some kid, this is their one birthday present and because D-structure said their order was shipped, they didn't go pay the extra shipping to get it from somewhere else. Now I know this exact example may not have happened, and D-structure isn't the only retailer to oversell their limited stock, but nevertheless it's still wrong.

The least they could do is offer the shafted consumer a free accessory or something...

I would go skiing... but my parents dragged me to a family reunion thanksgiving for the entire week, no snow in sight =(

thus I am stuck here, and having nothing better to do. I don't think my comments are un-calm at all. D-S might be the shit, I've never bought from them, I'm just defending the kids that get upset when they buy something and they get a "conformation" that then gets unconfirmed.. when I or anyone else buys something from a store or online store, they are purchasing it under the understanding that they will get the item they ordered. this is not hate towards D-S specifically.

If companies know they're gonna get a limited stock, it's their job to not oversell

tried to get a 4xl on point the other day, it was confirmed, than they told me it was out of stock a whole day after i ordered it. only hoodie i wanted, and i waited for d structure instead of AM to save money, and they screwed me over.

We fix the store the best as we could so hopefully the problem doesn't happen again . This problem only happen with the jiberish product since the product is such in hight demand and we have limited stock .
