okay so i was just thinking about this but most the time when i take a shit it's all soft serve and i have to wipe like 30 fucking times to have a nice clean ass. it's like wiping peanut butter out of carpet! every now and then though i'll drop a solid healthy log and it'll require very little clean up, a wipe or 2 at most. my question is what are certain things i should be eating to increase my chances of a nice solid poop?

This post is delecious...yea bran items work great like he said have some minin wheats throw in a bran muffin some time during the day if all that doesnt work they have pills like a vitamin but its a fiber suplement try that!!

vegetables that are dark green have tons of fiber... you need fiber because if you dont get enough fiber in your diet your shit doesnt clean out your large intestine and if your large intestine isnt cleaned you can develop colon cancer
