Exporting

i am using adobe premier pro cs5, and i shot the video in my profile with a gopro, i exported the video in low quality and it took over 3 hours, i want to export it in 1080p, and it says it will take over 7 hours, am i doing something wrong, and i am also exporting it to QuickTime if that has anything to do with it

Are you exporting h.264?

I think you want to turn off frame blending too... but I'm not totally sure how it works on PP. changing your bitrate can make your export faster too, again, not sure how to do it for you though...
