Probably from the wrong white balance because of the funky lighting situation. So either the photographers film was balanced for a light source that was close to the one he was working with, or they used a preset on their camera rather than creating a custom white balance. Because it's kinda close, but not close enough
Too many things to correct, this was NOT shot on film, this was shot on a D700 at ISO 2500 which I wouldn't ever consider to be high ISO for the D700. He shot it with a 300mm at 2.8, and he brought down the vibrancy (not saturation), and crushed the blacks in Lightroom. It was given standard sharpening on export.
