Replying to Ebay is grinding my gears

so when i signed up with a new ebay account i automatically got signed up to receive all their pointless emails and offers, i went back through all my preferences in my profile and turned them off, but i still get at least 10 emails a day for surveys and shit. i cant figure out how to stop this, i use ebay often so i cant just delete it. does anyone else have this problem? what the hell do i do!! google did not help me out
