Dakine Heli Pro DLX. Vs. Heli Pro

I was wondering whether or not the two packs are very different and if the DLX. is that much better than the regular. I prefer the denim colorway of the Heli Pro, but if it is vastly inferior to the DLX. then I'll just go with the black DLX. Thanks! Plus Karma for answers.

Appears that the dlx has a snowboard cross carry, insulated hydration sleeve, waist pocket on the belt. I've also seen the dlx having the adjustable/retractable cable diagonal carry instead of just a strap.

The dlx is better imo, worth the extra bucks. I loved the pocket for my camera on the belt

I have the DLX and love it- the ski carrying system works great while still allowing loads of room for your gear.  I have hiked with it, been on sleds with it and have no complaints

i have a rasta colored heli pro and sometimes i regret not having went for the DLX....

my old pack had a waist pocket and it was awesome for keeping handy stuff such as keys, small candy and a pocketknife and i really miss having it + General functions on the DLX also seem sturdier ....

also, the Eric Pollard Heli Pro DLX looks super sick !
