Toe moves up and down in binding

My boots are getting warn out..and I really dont have money for new boots right now..is there anyway to get my boot to stop sloping around in my binding..without compromising my safety? I have fulltilts if that matters. thanks.

tighten the screw ontop of the binding, if that doesnt work get new boots

what kind of bindings? and how worn down are the soles of your boots?

Replacing the heel lugs might help but not solve the problem completely if the toes are also worn.
