Axes, Pulaskis, etc. oh and Knife

Odd request. Not sure anyone will know. What brands make good quality tools such as these? I'm lookin for some tools that will last me. Also, I'm looking for a good hunting knife if anyone has any ideas.

pulaskis are the shit. i have an ames one and have used it for building mtb trails and general havoc. it's done nothing but good ever since i've gotten it, although i really don't use it as much as some might, especially not of late. it's also awesome just to chill with it around the house, and sometimes i'll sleep next to it if i go to bed thinking about slenderman.

i'm not really that handy, but i fucking love holding tools. especially pulaskis. and big ass wrenches. thats how folk know you put in work.

We've had a Jackson Pulaski at our local freeride trails for a few seasons. It tore shit up. Then a local jackass tried prying a massive rock out with it and snapped the handle... GRRRRRRR

Someone please explain to me the use of a pulaski? its an axe and a pickaxe? i dont see how that could help build trails..

axe+ads. Youre thinking of a pickaxe. Pulaskis are beasts at moving dirt, destroying roots, moving rocks, etc.

Benchmade makes sick knives, but be prepared to shell out $100 for a knife. Gerber also makes good knives that are cheaper.

as mentioned above k bars are good fixed blade knives.
