Brakes are to narrow!!!!

ok i just got my skis back from the shop being mounted and the brakes are rubbing up against the side of the ski!!! it needs about a cm of more room on each side what should i do?? (chronic crypt11, rossi axial 2 bindings centermounted) i dont want to take them back to the shop, simple fix?

Gently pull on them? That's what I do if they start bending in. They shouldn't break, just bend. You shouldn't have an issue.

Take your skis in the house where it's warmer then bend them with your hands.

sounds easy but like its not working. the steel part rubs on the side wall abit (idt that is very problematic) the main worry is the plastic part of the break should i just take a knnife to the inside of it to make its profile flat

Warmth is key to prevent cracking the metal as stated previously. However I would suggest trading them in at the shop for wider brakes (If they're brand new). It's only one or two screws and you're guaranteed to not brake your brake, which could cost around $50.
