my uncle was born without the middle finger on his left hand. not a big deal at all, especially since he doesn't have some awkward gap or stub where his finger should be and his other fingers are evenly spaced out. his hand is just a little thinner. you wouldn't even notice unless he showed you.

i guess the only real deficit is that he has to give people a 'high four' with his left hand..

I'm sure there're people who are disgusted from even smaller cosmetic stuff, let alone a missing part of a working body, but that's their problem. There's nothing wrong or weird about you, so keep on trucking, I don't know what's a better opener with the ladies than something that visible.
