so, i just got back from a couple days up at Kootenay Pass... and well, it's winter up there. There's still some rocks, but a surprisingly large amount of terrain is skiable (mind the rocks). Only problem is, there's too much snow! it was waist deep today, and it was hard to find terrain steep enough to keep moving without hitting too many rocks... it was still dumping when we left as well.
Just making this thread to let people know.... pre season turns at the pass are on.
