i'm terrified of trampolines nowadays. i used to be pretty decent, could cork 7 and whatnot, but im so scared of them now. ill throw some crazy shit off bridges/diving boards etc, but i cant stand worrying about jumping straight up as i set my rotation. i think i'd rather do a cork 7 on skis instead of a tramp by now..
i get a double bounce most of the time to make them smooth, but they're still doable with just a standard bounce. if you're just learning how, try to keep you're mute as closely tucked to your body as you can and maybe do the first few without even letting go of the grab so your rotation doesnt stop, see how far you can get and then work on timing the landing.
Misty 5. Anything bigger I just cant seem to get the air for but I've never been on any legit tramps just backyard ones. And I'm like 6'3. I'd love to try a dub front if I was on a tramp where I felt like I had the airtime though.
Yeah I wasn't criticizing I just feel like the mute would be sort of short and not really worth doing. However I have to agree that shifty corks are a ton of fun. Same with huggee truck cork 7's.
i would recommend trying it at least once. but i usually tramp on the olympic tramps at windells so there is massive amounts of hangtime. so the mute actually gets held for a decent amount of time.
