Glide Cam or SteadiShot?

Okay so I am thinking of buying a stabilizer for my T2i and I came across the SteadiShot 3000. I know it is just a glide cam knock off, but I was wondering if anybody has experience with these or should I just sac up and buy the Gilde Cam 2000?
