Possible to make Jibbin mac version?

yeah yeah i know you just get parallels or any number of program to run windows. I want to know if someone would be able to just write a version or whatever to make a direct download onto OS X would be possible.

There is a reason i didnt put this on non ski gabber or other more viewed threads
