it's a kids drink full of electrolytes for when they are sick...if a grown ass man drinks it after a night of drinking before bed it re-hydrates the brain and makes you feel like you're world isn't going to explode the next day. also, grab a gatorade and throw it next to your bed...floor or bathroom floor....and start sipping, NOT CHUGGING, it when you get up so you get hydration going right off the bat. dont eat dairy products either for breakfast, you'll be sorely disappointed.

golden advice.
even if you feel like shit drink as much water as you can and bye bye headache and upset stomach, good to have some gatorade/vitamin water type stuff after the water too to get some electrolytes back in you

My first real drinking experience besides a few games of pong at friends house included bottle shots of svedka and captain morgan. I ended up kneeling to the porcelain goddess all night long and woke up with a huge hangover. Not a fun night haha

I'm currently at week one and a half of my recovery of not drinking Woot Woot

Ouf I learnt this the hard way as well... Jack and Patron aren't the best of friends... Anyways man, to give you some advice like many others here have said, dont start pounding back on hard liquor. Don't mix up too much and learn your limits and respect them. Be careful with mixed drinks, for example, vodka orange juice. You will see (depend on how strong you make it) that you will want to drink faster because you wont feel a buzz yet... Watch yourself, once it comes, it will hit you harder than you expect. If I can give you ONE GOOD piece of advice, follow this saying: Liquor before beer, it's all clear. Beer before liquor, never been sicker. Some people will say fuck that who cares, like I do myself sometimes, but it is a good thing to remember. Hope this helps, I hope you have a good night, and watch yourself broseph, don't overdo it on your first time getting drunk, as it might ruin your experience!! Have a good one.

fuck these guys telling you to drink a few beers and all that bullshit. where is the fun in that? pound a few beers (via shotgunning/beer bong) until you are feeling good. start to drink hard alcohol at this point. you will drink way more than you want to...this is a good thing. you will now be officially fucked up. start playing beer pong/flip cup or something. you will suck, so you will get even more wasted. at this point i'd recommend getting on a dirtbike/quad and trying to ride it as fast as possible through a field. if you aren't dead/blacked out you should be puking by now and inbetween puking be sure to chug a beer just to let everyone know you're a badass. do all of this shit in one night, and everybody will think you are the most badass motherfucker on earth...

if anyone i know saw that shit happen, they would automatically love you lol. including me.

this but DO NOT chug the water. Depending on how hungover you are it will be coming right back up very quickly.

I don't drink gatorade or vitamin until after my stomach has settled. Has carbs and shit in it that I just end up throwing back up.
