now, to the items:
Giro G10 helmet with Tune-Ups audio capabilities (which I tested, they sound good, music plays in both ears,they get loud), size L, good condition... some surface scrapes here & there but they're not large, major, or deep. I should also note that these do not come with a 3.5 cord to connect with... but you can get those for $3 or less @ an electronics store, so no worries.
looking for $40 for this... if you think that's unfair, make me an offer... safety for other skier heads > $$
next.. the Skullcandy x POC "Receptor Communication" audio set-up, will fit in L-XXL POC helmets. I used it twice... once for about an hour, and another day for about two and decided to make my own set-up... the fit wasn't for me. Soundwise, it's what you'd expect... a little higher-end than the Tune-Ups for sale above... better bass by far, much cleaner sound, and a little louder.
It's been sitting in my closet since last November. I tested it with several devices (iPod, computer, car CD player) before posting to make sure it works & had no problems, so functionally, this system is perfect. Two cosmetic things are amiss, though - the clip broke on the little volume control (pic at very bottom) & there is some discoloration on the cord.
asking for $70 (couldn't find one for less than $98 online)... but again, if you think that's unfair, make an offer.
