hm then i cant be as much of a help. are you comfortable torrenting stuff? i'm sure you can find adobe premier or vegas or something.. itd be better if some PC dudes chimed in here though cause i dont even know which mid level PC editors are popular.. are you looking for a low level, mid level, high level editor?

hm well then hopefully people who know about PC editing programs and torrents/other downloads will chime in here. otherwise you might have to buy a program for probably a couple hundred bucks
