hi, ive alredy posted this in The tramp cult, but theres zero activity there, so decides to post it here too :)
i have been doing backflips for a long time Now, and have Said to myself since june i wanted to do a double, but i still can't commit doing it. I Am afraid of landing on my neck, even though i Can do standing backflip in The gym, and do really good laid Out backflips on tramp, so no problems there...
I fear to open up mid air by instinct, and dont know how to 'Solve that'...
Hope you Can help me with some tips to get it down... :)
