So is black ops better than MW2? Contemplating buying.

Everyone I know has black ops, but I've heard some mixed reviews. Is it really that good? usually treyarch makes shitty games and "the feel" just isn't as accurate as IW games like mw2. Should I buy black ops? I'm excellent at mw2, so you guys decide for me. Convince me one way or another, maybe some brief reviews.

black ops campaign is sweet. i've been mostly playing multiplayer but working through the campaign a little. the vietnam level where you plant explosives underwater is so badass

i just want to find something as sick as battlefield 2. zoning in, creating squads, having a commander assign objectives, and working with your 5-6 person squad in accomplishing it. mannnn that was fun back in the day. not to mention piloting choppers RAWRRRRR

black ops for sure man, campaign is sick and you can play against computers and upgrade your guns just like live. reach gets pretty boring after a while

i play games competitively, made a good chunk of money playing the halo series through MLG, and if MLG bothers to pick up black ops, it will be on the PS3, not the 360. Other then that, I just don't find the game fun.

in my opinion this guns in this game take a little more skill to shoot unlike mw2 where alot of it was pretty damn lucky, y

yes the sniping isnt as good but i think that it complements most of the maps really well and you can still use the snipers just fine if you are good.

there is also wayyyy less camping going on usually you get the camper before they get you.

and the weapons, emblem upgrades, weapon upgrades, wager macthes, and everything else you can customize like reticle colors and symbols, everything is sooo customizable its awesome. i would really sugest getting this game.

oh and not only that but zombies is sick and a little harder and the main game, god damn best main game iv played with any of the cod's hands down.

I think black ops suck, you always get people spawning behind your back,and at random places and snipers suck, so does shotguns, both the weapons i mostly used in mw2.. You need way too much concentration on black ops, too realistic i would say, and when u "tilt" theres no chance of getting any kills.It just makes me loose my temper which other not-so-realistic shooting games dont do
I rather stick to my halo reach and mw2 for now

I agree the "feel" isn't nearly as good as MW2. The hit boxes are all fucked up and sniping is ruined, but overall it's the best Call of Duty yet because it is so balanced.

its a fun game... zombies is sick. but hard
online is pretty sweet.

ther both sick games, it comes down to whether u like the feel of halo fighting aliens, or black ops, realistic warfare. i personally like black ops but it is close.

i would like to have live really badly, its just that my current location doesnt have any cable service, the only internet i have is a usb plugin that i use on my mac. im trying to see if it is worth getting a phone with a mobile hotspot, does anyone know is the 3g mobile thing is good, i was thing palm pre lus from verizon or the verizon mifi

people think quickscoping is a lot harder than it really is. one day I wanted to learn how to qs so i went on youtube and watched a tutorial. i got the hang of it in like 2 days

Try doing it on black ops then. I've only won one game of free for all with the l96 and it's all I use. You shoot right at the guy and it doesn't hit, it's really inconsistent. Quickscoping actually takes skill unlike spraying with a silenced ump in mw2. I think treyarch should have made it like cod4 quickscoping.

i didnt even do a tutorial, i just got sleight of hand and started going into the scope really quick and pulling the trigger. i didn't do any of the strafe moves or dives or anything. it's really not hard with the intervention
