14 year old singer Vs Miley Cyrus

So recently my friend (the 14 year old) showed me one of her songs, And i was blown away by her voice, And she never told me it was a cover of Miley cyrus-stay, So I decided to check out the real song. And wow I was even more blown away at how she sounded better than Miley (IMO) but What does NS think.

I'll be real honest. I think Miley did better. She's more on key, and has a much stronger voice.

Not taking away from your friend though. She definitely has some skill. Hopefully she can keep developing it.

Yeah ok the 14 year old was good, but really, miley is famous for her looks and the fact that her dad is famous.

I prefer your friend, but found them hard to compare... Miley's was probably 'better' but your friend's sounded much more organic, which I enjoyed.

i don't even think it's a competition. i do not find very much enjoyable about miley's voice, and i can't figure out how she's so famous. and your friend has a really good voice. especially for her age.
