A few video production questions

Hey, I was just wondering a few thing about ski video production. First, roughly how many copies are sold of a vid like Propaganda or High Society.
Would the sell 10 000+ copies of that vid? Also when a vid is sposered by a company, how much exactly does that company give you. Like Propaganda is sposored by Oakley, Rossi, etc, how much would these companies give Johnny D.
Also how much does it cost to rent a 16mm editing studio. Do they charge per hour, day, or what. Thanks alot.

Yeah MSP definately is raking in the big bucks because they make not just ski movies but they also help make mtn biking movies. Also TGR must be making a lot of money because they make all sorts of movies from skiing and snowboarding to kayaking, plus they sell clothing. Sorry, I know this didn't really answer your question.

Ya, I'm taking Film and Television production at Humber College in Toronto. It is all 16mm work. After that I'm probably starting a ski film company.
