due i dont know about the sizing chart this year, but 3 years ago i got a ninja jacket and pants, in size small and the jacket is bigger than saga m and the pants ( still size small) are bigger than orage relaxed size L
so i would be very careful with avalaan sizing.
from a few years ago medium would have been thug as hell for you.
this year i dont know but find a soizechart before buying or you might look like a retard at school with a dress :)
