What is your out=work set-up...what do you do to test your muscle abilities and get your self all ripped for what ever recreationaly activity you pursue???????
The most impressive
is the 40oz curl...
What do you do?

Cardio: honestly the best work out is running fucking lines....but i hate lines..so the bike is great and it puts zero strain on your knees.
Arms: i swear by lift assited pull ups...the work every muscle in your arms and upper back. do sets of 15 and do like 60-100...you will feel the burn and you will ache for a couple days after.
Abs: Pillates dude....honeslty it sounds gay but they fuckin work. 10 minutes a day for a week and you see and feel stronger.
Legs: regular leg presses and quad presses. sets of 10

Air alert, its a vertical leap program that also helps with sprints. Only thing is, it is super intense, you will be aching really bad, but you will probably be able to dunk by the end.

running- either outside or jumping on the elliptical for 40 minutes a day.. situps for 10 minutes, various free weight exercises, more abs with weights, and lunges with weights.

lift assited pull ups are a machine. its like a pull up bar with the little sit you kneel on...the pad has a weight that counterbalances your body weight so you can do more reps....like lifting 100 pounds as oppose to 160...they kick ass
