I'm thinking about buying this helmet and I'd like to know more about it. Does it fit well with Crowbars? Does it fit snug on the head? Is it too big and bulky? Tell me about it
Pics are very snug, very low-lying, and they're technically the best helmet on the market, since they're puncture proof. They're really warm too, and hey they come in like six different colours. Pics fit best with poc oggles, but I can check how they fit with crowbars at work tomorrow :)
I've had a few people complain about the way Oakley fits with Pocs, but as far as I can remember they all had Splices. But yeah, Oakley should really just start making helmets or start working with some other company on better fits.
crowbars are pretty perfect if your wearing them under the helmet the with a beanie, but their a bit iffy on the outside, bit it's totally do-able.
it is also, if you get the right fit, an EXTREMELY comfortable helmet compared to the other helmets i've owned over the years. Its also quite warm, and about it being too big... i really think its actually quite low profile, and really light.
A Poc Receptor is a perfect fit with some Oakley Splice, as long as you wear them on the outside of the helmet.
Don't know about the crowbar, but i would guess that they are not as good, since they are smaller, and more "bended" at the top.
Alright, so I've got a black receptor bug size large that fits snug when I wear the EC headwear baller beanie and Oakley crowbar underneath, but I have to take the vents out. Would I be better off just getting an XL, it seems like they fit small. Thanks
