Alright so i ski at hood moslty. it gets pretty cold. and wet. im gonna get new ski pants. would you recommend the faid or subversion. i get cold pretty easyily but i also'd like waterproof. is it worth saving 50 to get the subversion. or should i pay 50 more?
I'm from Indiana, so I can't offer advice when it comes to wetness, but it got decently cold here last year and all I ever wore under my pants were a pair of basketball shorts. They're pretty warm.
I'd pay i bit extra to get the faid. A little insulation won't make you that much warmer, but being dry will definitely make a difference. That being said, the subversion are pretty waterproof as well.
