Replying to NS I need your help

I am almost finished paying off my new skis, the 2011 Armada JJ's. It's my first pow/backcountry ski and and I need some help with the bindings. I am putting on the Griffins and I am not sure if i should have them center mounted or factory recommended. I am an avid park skier and plan on taking my skills to the pow, and doing butters, cliffs, some swtich, and probably do some kickers (if there is enough snow). I dont know if it makes a difference for pow skis. I have my park skis a little below center mount but is there a difference for ski? Any advice would be awesome, oh and they are 185cm if that helps.
