1) What is your budget? How much money can you spend right away, and do you think you can get more money to invest in the future?
Budget is loose, looking to spend less then 3 grand with everything, possibly adding more lens' later on if Dslr (if dslr: lens', mics, viewing extension, ect...)
2) What experience do you already have with cameras? Have you ever even used one before? Have you helped your friend out with his camera? Have you owned your own?

Currently own a Sony Hdr-Hc1, and have filmed with luminix Gh1, and Sony Fx1

4) What are you planning to shoot and how do you want to use your camera? Are you going to use this with the sole purpose of shooting skiing? or do you think you might try other stuff as well (movies, documentaries, short films, etc)

5) Do you want a camera that you can hand to your friends, that could or could not have film experience, and let them shoot you? or will you be doing all the filming?

Yes
5) Again, do you want a camera that you can hand to your friends, that could or could not have film experience, and let them shoot you? or will you be doing all the filming?

-------------------------------------------------------And for what i want-----------------------------------------------------
What i noticed while using the Lumix Gh1 is first of all its very light, causing shaking in even some tripod shots, and lots in follow cams and even on lifts, second there is no standard zoom(not sure what to call it) but its the bottons u press and it either zooms in or out at a set rate), third the footage all looked very jumpy on the camera until uploaded, Finally, Audio is important, and the lumix had no headphone input, rendering it impossible to listen to what u were filming.
So, i would like a set zoom, audio capabilities mic and headphone port, something that has a little weight (may be getting glide cam, and may need to get something to attach for more weight if needed), and must have Low light capabilities( this killed me with the HC1).
Thanks So Much!
