Camcorder for Skiing

What would be the best for ~$300? I can go a wee bit over, but not by much. I want something that can shoot HD and can have lenses put on the front (fisheye etc.)

My recomendation is to try to find a used hv30 or hv40 or any of canons vixia series. if you find them used for that price it is your best bet
