Honestly, the shit was dangerous and it was only a matter of time before it killed someone. I drink and know how to party, but this stuff was just garbage. Why anyone would want to drink that poison is beyond me. If you want an energy booze just rock redbull vodka or something. First good thing NY has done in a while.

hurricane high gravity plus gatorade powder basically = 4loko
but i fail to see why anyone wouldnt just drink 40's of high gravity by its self. it tastes better than those shitty lokos. theyre banning them at the end of the month in PA so im going to buy 5 cases then sell them at 5 a can. shit already sells for 5 a can in college so i might as well take advantage of all the idiots who like that shit

Yeah word, I'm not really sure why people made such a big deal about four loko, wasnt joose around first? I drank one long before I even knew what a four loko was.

I guess they must have just marketed to teens better. Its sad what gets peoples panties in a bunch these days.

I dont see why they ban it. Im from Canada so I dont even think we have them but if someone is stupid enough to drinnk it (if its as bad at people make it out to be) let them. I thought the prohibition was over. In Canada we have the rockstar vodkas and they are like 6.9%, never had one but apparently they arent that bad. BTW Im a rum/whiskey/beer guy so I dont even drink those kinds of beverages just my .02$

How could you possibly support the government telling you what you can or can't put in your body? Supporters of the ban deserve to live in government housing with government provided meals and predetermined exercise time. Make the compounds really secure so you're extra safe on the inside, bars on the windows, razor wire fences. They could put in a little library, give you a little bit of internet usage (but only to pre-approved sites, god forbid you navigate to a bad website)....
