"We are using them in areas where we have speed issues, and for some of our rails jams. There is 11 other resorts in North America that are also using Banshee Bungees this year."-Grantie Peak Parks Facebook Page.
dont you need other people to pull those things back? seems like a waste of energy.
yeah i saw that post on their facebook, i don't really get it. so you need to go to the effort to pull them back to hit a feature? it seems like kind of a weird idea, plus banshee bungees can be pretty dangerous if they're not used right.
That's odd. If the area is too flat, move the features to a more downhill location? I mean... it IS a ski hill. Not to mention, the bungees take more than one person to use. Also, if I'm at a ski hill I want to use the chair that I am paying for, not hike up and pull back a bungee repeatedly to hit a feature. Take laps! I just really don't understand this decision.
Seems sorta like a move that was made to make them appear more "hip" rather than actually having a whole lot a practicality behind it.. Could be sick though
