Yep. 10 hours away, and unfortunately for anyone in the pittsburgh area (not me for the record), still the closest as far as I know. Sunday river is like 13 from pittsburgh. This is all based on google maps by the way.

I drove my car up Belleayre today to poach their snowpatches with my friends. Other than killy or SR, you seem to be out of luck.

This might sound dumb, but now that I think about it, if your driving a minimum of 10 hours and staying in a hotel for east coast skiing. Drive an extra 10, but west instead of north, and your in Colorado. only one more day of driving, and the skiing will be infinitely better. I dont know, think about it.
