How much do your Ski's weigh?

I just weighed my skis with my new bindings, and they weigh 6.5 lbs each.. is this normal or bad? How much do your skis weigh..

thats pretty normal, chronics are light and sths are kinda heavy. i personally have chronics with griffons, and they are feathery

my full carbon dps wailers weigh 9 pounds with bindings for the pair :)

my motherships and dukes on the other hand are like 21 pounds :(

lol, no they dont, unless they are some carbon fiber specialty. the pontoons alone are over 5,000 grams per pair (over 11 pounds). the bindings are probably over 1,500 grams as well (over 3 pounds). ski and binding probably weight close to 6.5-7 pounds, not 3.

my lizzies are around 7-7.5 pounds each mounted with Head Mojo 15's.

haven't weighed them, but based on the specs of skis and bindings

194 new lifes with jesters - should be about 7.3

182 no time with sth 16 - should be about 6.6

my uncle's skis, don't know what they are or what stupid demo binding they have on them, but they are probably <180cm and must weigh 10pound each. no exaggeration

Did you just throw them on some bathroom scales? They tend to suck at weighing anything less than about 40lb... weigh yourself, then weigh yourself holding the skis and work out the difference. Toons weigh a lot more than 3lb.
