Randomly flipping off shit is not parkour. That was exceptionally cool, i have no clue how someone can have control of their body that much. But parkour isn't about insane flips and spins, it's about traveling quickly through urban environments where it would take normal people a very long time to go/ wouldn't be able to go. Not trying to hate, juss sayin. Nice find though

man, ive just learnt a webster frontflip from around 3 feet to the a mat, wallspin both ways and finally got my standing backflip down.
