LOKO BANNED IN NY

its incredible that the government is banning Four Loko with no evidence that the drink is more dangerous than any other type of alcohol.  Caffiene and alcohol are both legal and can be served together legally. 

The makers of Four Loko should take legal action against these state governments, its a shame they probably don't have enough money.

I wonder if the American Civil Liberties Union would help fight this.

And also this just goes to show how sensationalist news stories can fuck everyone over, and how are freedoms are getting more and more limited.

And don't these people realize that prohibition doesn't work, garauntee four loko or some substitute will still be available, kids will easily mix caffiene and alcohol, duh
