I know most of NS has never heard of Andy Campbell before but please follow linky below to TGR thread, started by the man himself with almost-too-easy voting instructions. The guy is a Para-X Games Sitskiing/MTBing/Paragliding maniac- He's going for the "Canyons Dream Gig" and any vote love would be most appreciated, as the dude is the most stoked guy in the world and has to go through a stupid amount of shit to do what many of us take for granted. I'm proud to have helped put together his DIE LIVING gear line in the past but thats peanuts compared to this.
Really, seeing some douchey seen-it-all snow snob to take this cush gig over him would be a fkn travesty. I've voted on every computer have access to and Facebooked it as well... Please do what ya can NS- Sway this man into a suite at the Waldorf, a cat and a heli!
If you really want to see a slice of how core this guy is, skip to I think page 2 where he PWNS someone talking shit. Know Andy does whatever it takes (considerably more than your average ski bum!) to stay in the mountains- I was couchsurfing in CO last winter talking to him on the phone while he was trying to find another place to stay while ducking hotel staff and working with rad chilean housekeepers of a resort hotel and hiding in unused rooms under the radar- just to squeeze every day possible out of his stay once his cash had run out.... Great opportunity to help him sit legit for a minute!
