Rossignol axium 120s, rental plate, please help me!!

Recently bought a pair of second hand rossignol axium 120s and theyve come with a rental plate, will i need to mount them with this? Dont want to drill without them and find ive gone through the base of my skis.

I know with p12s you do not have to mount with the demo plate so I am assuming you dont have to with axiums (have not seen demo axiums). You will however want to gind the screw down to make it shorter so it does not go through your base.

Ok, thanks for the advice. the axiums are just the normal bindings which then screw onto a metal/plastic rail which drills into the ski which has boot sole length etc.
