You would want to shoot manual for this kinda stuff. your 1second shutter is a good time, but with shutter priority you never know how long it will be. with manual u can play in a much better "environment". knowing how much time u have is pretty key for making the streaks and such look proper and fit into what your doing.
The white balance should be on flash, if ur using strobes, so you get proper whites and blacks. different wb temps in b+w end up fucking with ur exposure. (mostly blowing it out)
But as far as the shots go. i really like them, the white streaks are great. the sense of movement is really there, it really comes out at you. nice job.
