Actually he only killed 2. His first wife was just banished because she couldn't give him a male heir, his 2nd was executed because she had affairs, his 3rd wife died after child birth, he only dismissed his 4th wife because he had no intrest in her (she was ugly apperantly), and his 5th wife was executed because of affairs as well, then his last wife outlived him.
