I personally have never worn fd, but i LOVE saga.

I guess that is kind of a biased opinion..

its just that ive heard saga uses better quality material... can anyone confirm that?

the answer is going to be the same every time. we can sit here and say saga fd saga fd but in the end it is YOU who is going to decide what YOU want. in the end we also dont care what you get and that is just the way it is always going to be.

saga has been in the industry longer so they obviously have the upper hand and upped their gear to 3L layering this year (ultra waterproof) while last year fd was rather lack luster and didnt really have a good first year but then again it was only their first year. we will see how their stuff looks when people start to get them in the mail within the next couple of weeks
