Mac won't recognize GO Pro HD

I have my go pro plugged in, but the mac won't recognize it

Well there is your problem!!

but seriously, try your device manager or whatever the fuck its call on a mac, and update the firmware, in the mean time just put the SD card into the side and get your movies via the SD card.
Its actually alot faster getting your videos via the card rather than through the go pro itself.

If that doesn't take care of it, you will need to elaborate on what your are trying to do.

Thanks but i don't think there is a sd card input on my mac. I will try updating the firmware

well you didnt answer the turned on question...If it has the red light hold down the power button for a second or two before then it will say usb

Oh well i dont use mac's i thought the Macbook Pro's has a little SD card reader on the sides? Aw well, My mistake.

radioshack has them ( i know, i work there) but you HAVE to buy the service plan on them, we hate it when people dont.
