This person sounds one taco short of a mexi combo platter. Hope you don't mind but I took the liberty of rating him 0/10 and feedback smacking him. Shit like that really pisses me off.
Probably because some guy did the same thing to me in junior high. He later discovered he was gay, and all the fucked up notes and shit that he stuck in my locker were his confused attempts at trying to hit on me I guess. I caught him putting a note in my locker once, threw him up against the locker and started punching him. Unfortunately, I realized that he was getting off on it and I quit. It was a no win situation.
Sorry for the tangent. On topic, I think if someone blocks you, and you had them listed as a friend, they might not appear listed in your friends anymore. Not positive on that one.

Maybe it makes it so that they cant see your threads/posts? I have no idea honestly I've never done it. It would be nice if the block member function actually worked, since apparently it's not?

ive tested it out a couple time and when someone blocks me it says that person has blocked you when you go to send them message
